We are offering a central system in support of an efficient collaboration and an optimal resource allocation between the agencies involved in the operations of intervention in case of emergency in the municipality of Bucharest.

Bucharest municipality is constantly at risk of jeopardizing citizens’ safety, the environment and last but not least, the material values and the cultural patrimony. From an operational point of view, at the level of the capital, there are operational several bodies specialized with the prevention and management of emergency situations, but the main actor and the leader of the operations is the Committee of Bucharest Municipality for Emergency Situations (CMBSU).
Consequently, settting up a central command and control unit for emergency situations aiming at obtaining a more efficient coordination of the activity of the institutions involved, became a strategic priority for the improved management of the plan of measures of the Bucharest municipality.

Integrated information system for the command and control center which ensures a centralized coordination of the agencies involved, by:

The fastest identification of emergency situations and/or disasters, by collecting and analysing data from the territory, in real time;
Creation of a common overview image centralizing all the information related to the theatre of operations (resources available, critical infrastructures etc.);
Viewing all resources available on the work stations and on a single screen of big dimensions (video-wall), situated in the operational room;
Fast alert system for citizens;
Integrated center allowing for the fast localizaton of incidents and limiting their effects.
Coordination of interventions using the information of interest provided from the cooperation of the agencies of intervention, companies of utilities and other functions of support represented within the center.
