Teamnet, the only company for the 7th consecutive year in Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Central Europe 2014

Bucharest, October 21, 2014 – Teamnet, one of the most important IT&C integrators in the region, is the only company in Central Europe present for the seventh consecutive year in the top Deloitte Technology Fast 50 in 2014 and the only company in Romania included in the Big 5 category, together with other four large-scale regional businesses with an accelerated economic evolution.

Deloitte Technology Fast 50 annually rates the most dynamic companies in technology, based on the annual income growth rate for the last five years, of an average of 689% growth in 2013. This rating includes 50 companies in 10 European countries, among which 6 companies are from Romania and a total of 26 are for the first time part of this top. Teamnet recorded an increase of 424% during 2009-2013, entering the 34th position in the Deloitte rating. Teamnet was also included on the third place for the Big 5 category, created by Deloitte in 2010 for the acknowledgement of large businesses, with a turnover of more than 25 million euro, recording significant growth rates as compared to their dimension, together with other two companies in Poland, one in Czech Republic and another one in Slovakia.

Teamnet is present in Technology Fast 50 Central Europe rating since 2008, when it came seventh in the rating, with an increase rate of 2.028%. For the next two years, the company came second, with increase rates of 3.317%, and 3.120% respectively, and for 2011’s edition of the rating, Teamnet was on the sixth place (2.136%). In 2012, Teamnet occupied the 16th place (870%) in top 50 and was rated second in Big 5, being the first Romanian company part of this category. Last year, Teamnet came the 17th, with a turnover of more than 71 million euro and an average increase of 639% in the last 5 years.

Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Central Europe is this year at the XV-th edition and includes the following countries: Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Croatia, Serbia, Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Albania, Macedonia and the Republic of Moldova. This top is part of the programme Deloitte Technology Fast 500 EMEA, an extended version rating the most dynamic 500 companies in technology in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
