Internship-TNI_stireNine graduate and undergraduate students in terminal years majoring in technical fields will benefit from a winter session of the internship programme organized by the IT&C solution integrator TeamNet.

The candidates can apply for a full-time or a part-time position for a period of three months, and they will be working together with a team specialized in their fields of interest at school, such as Java and Net programming, database administration or business analysis. Moreover, throughout the internship, the interns receive a monthly scholarship.

Candidates must have completed all the exams of the first two years of study, a strong background in mathematics, statistics and algorithms and basic knowledge of relational database design and programming in a widely used language, plus communication and problem solving skills.

“We got great results with the internship programs organized in past years. We managed to identify candidates with high potential who subsequently specialized quickly in a particular field. Therefore, 85% of the participants were co-opted for permanent jobs in the company”, said Bogdan Nedelcu (photo), TeamNet Solutions Manager.

“Students have the chance to work on complex projects, from the localization on the map of endangered species in protected areas, going through the naval traffic management on the Danube3 and the fishing activities, alerting in emergency situations through UAVs”, added Bogdan Nedelcu.

From 2010 to date, 150 students and graduates were interns within TeamNet.

With offices in Bucharest, Iasi, Timisoara, Ploiesti, Bruxelles, Chisinau and Belgrade and a partner location in Ankara, TeamNet has 500 employees and a turnover that reached 34 million Euro at the end of 2011.
