Teamnet, one of the best employers in Romania in 2014
Bucharest, December 2nd, 2014 – Teamnet Group, one of the most important IT&C integrators in the region, was nominated as one of the best employers in Romania in 2014. The company is the second best employer in the category “Companies with a number of employees between 250 and 1,000” according to the survey Best Employers Study conducted by Aon Romania, the local branch of the world-leading global provider of risk management services, insurance and reinsurance brokerage and human capital consulting.
Best Employers Study 2014 includes data collected from 200 executives and 8,700 employees in Romania. The survey was conducted over a period of 9 months, under the coordination of the division Aon Hewitt, world leader in HR consulting part of AON, and ranks companies in terms of their image as an employer on the labor market, based on the opinion of their own employees.

The nomination of Teamnet in the Best Employers Top was based on the answers of 500 out of the total of 800 company employees and reflects the high degree of satisfaction and engagement of the team for the company they are working in. According to Best Employers Study, the average level of professional engagement of Romanian employees as compared to their work is currently at 62%, going up from the 57% recorded in 2013.
