Teamnet Official Position referring to the judicial authorities’ precautionary measures

Bucharest, 25th June, 2015 - Teamnet Group conducts its activity following a business model in fully accordance to the ethical standards and laws valid in Romania and the European Union.

Following the speculations published in the media on Wednesday, June 24th 2015, we mention that Teamnet Group hasn’t had any connection with Sebastian Ghita for several years. We find surprising the measures taken by the authorities and we point out the fact that we haven’t received an official notification on the topic.

We aim at solving this situation as soon as possible and we show our entire availability to cooperate with the authorized institutions. Also, we assure all involved parties of our transparency during this process.
