The auto fleets, tracked in real time with cloud technology

Over 80,000 cars in Romania have a GPS tracking system. The adoption level for profile services has recorded, in recent years, continued growth. Ymens cloud company offers MMEs a new accessible solution, designed to simplify the operation of a company fleet.

Along with the introduction of Autolog, Ymens provides companies with a complete solution for online monitoring, fleet management and access to the most detailed map of Romania, directly from the internet browser. In Romania, it is estimated that the GPS monitoring services are used for over 80,000 cars of the approximately 2 million registered by businesses (legal entity). In this segment, the market registered an increase 4 years in a row and the estimates also indicate evolutions of the number of clients for 2013.
The solution provides comprehensive data on the positioning, at street level, in over 1,300 cities and over 63,000 points of interest only in Romania. The cloud solution for fleet management also has a street level detailed map for other 45 countries in Europe.

The Autolog solution is the result of the integration in the Ymens cloud platform of an application obtained through the partnership with the software developer AROBS.

In the periods of intense activity for clients there can be recorded over 1.55 million kilometers traveled by car for which there is a capacity to monitor a total of approximately 4 million coordinates. Autolog users benefit of full reports, for each vehicle, including roadmaps, speed reports, parking, deviations from routes and timetables. With the aid of reporting functions for consumption and notifications for fixed events, such as technical revisions, are eliminated unnecessary costs and delays that may generate losses for the company. With the adoption of the Autolog fleet tracking solution, SMEs benefit from active control of the fleet and reduce fleet related operational costs.
