Integrated Environmental System
With this system, all environmental data in Romania is reported to the EU, and, at the same time, the environmental regulation documents are issued at national level.
With 80 integrated applications forming the SIM, we issue the regulatory acts (approvals, agreements, environmental authorizations etc) and we collect the data from the economic operators for all the environmental fields: Pollution control, Protection of the atmosphere, Waste, Biodiversity, Genetically modified organisms, Climate changes etc. We centralize and process the data collected from operators and based on them, we handle Romania’s reportings to the European Union in the environmental field.

We are providing the interface between various environmental fields and the coherence between the data sets which are the object of the European Union reportings by:
- Offering an overview on an economic operator, from the point of view of all environmental fields (from issuing the regulatory act to reporting according to the environmental requirements);
- Offering an online framework for issuing the economic operators’ reportings, according to their environmental requirements;
- The common nomenclatures used for all applications comprised by SIM which provide the information in a consistent and traceable way regarding the economic operators, fuels, pollutants, waste etc;
- Issuing the regulatory acts in a consistent format, irrespective of the issuing regional environmental agency;
- Data takeover from a field to another, improving the reporting efficiency for economic operators;
- Comparison and analysis of similar data subject to parallel reportings, for one or several fileds, so that coherent data is sent to the EU.
