TeamNet in Deloitte Technology Fast 50

   Bucharest, October 14 – The exceptional growth from the last five years sent the software developer TeamNet International directly in the top ten companies in the Deloitte Central Europe FAST 50 classification on 2008, a classification of all the top technology companies with the highest growth rhythm from the Central and Eastern Europe.

   With a growth rate of the sales figure of over 2.028% from 2003 until 2007, TeamNet Company – member of the Asesoft group – occupied the 7th place in FAST 50 Central Europe, rating found at its 9th edition. It is the first time when Romania joins this project. TeamNet is the Asesoft’s software producer division, an example of excellence in the Romanian entrepreneurship.

   “We began in 2001 with a small team of enthusiastic young people. After just seven years we are found in the top of the Romanian software systems integrators. We obtained these distinguished results because of our outstanding attention that we pay to each project and to each client. Through our services we would like to provide excellence in an extremely dynamic domain and thus, based on the trust and on our clients satisfaction we would also like to maintain a high growth rate in the following years” says Bogdan Padiu, the general manager of TeamNet.

   The Deloitte Technology Fast 50 program was launched in Silicon Valley, California in 1995 and has been extended to the Technology Fast 500 in North America, Pacific-Asia and Europe. This program runs independently in 17 countries outside United States and in the Central-European region, in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Latvia, Estonia, Poland, Slovakia, Bulgaria and starting with this year, Romania, Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia Bosnia and Herzegovina and Lithuania.    During this year, Deloitte Central Europe launched participation invitations to a number of over 3.000 companies within the region. The number of candidates and participating countries increases each year.

   The selection of the companies was done based on several criteria for eligibility. First of all, they must have technological or intellectual property that significantly contributes to the operational incomes, produce a technology or dedicate a substantial part of the incomes in research and technology development. Also, the candidates must have been reported annual incomes of at least 50.000 euros per year in the last five years (2003-2007), they must have been on the market for at least five years, and they also must have their headquarters in Central Europe and they must not be controlled by a strategic investor.

   Since it been established in 2001 and until now, TeamNet, member of Asesoft group has become one of the most important companies on the Romanian software systems integrators market. Along the time, the company has obtained a solid reputation by having powerful partners like Microsoft, Oracle and other strong technological companies. Having top clients from public and private domains, TeamNet accumulated an important experience in the complex projects that it coordinated with the help of a strong and homogenous team.
