Friday, May 30 2008, TeamNet celebrated 7 years of existence. The celebration of the event began at JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel where all the 170 employees of the TeamNet team from Bucharest and Iasi were present, and continued in the evening with a party organized at a club in Bucharest.In his opening speech, the general manager Bogdan Padiu described the evolution of the company in the last year and the strategic directions which will follow. The coherence and the consistency of applying the TeamNet strategy and values proved to be throughout the 7 years the key for a successful business. This evolution is proven by an EUR 4 million turnover reached in 2007 and an ambitious increase planned for 2008 up to EUR 7 million. TeamNet has also planned to relocate the business headquarters in a class A+ office building in fall.
The TeamNet managers presented their activities in the last year and the future plans of the departments they are in charge of. Also, the project managers presented a series of projects they have coordinated. Relevant to the team success was the high impact of the software solutions developed and implemented in the public and private sector, each application having its own specific and each receiving a special attention. The high quality of the TeamNet products and services proved to be a decisive argument on a market with a fierce competition. A measure of this quality is the satisfaction of the clients who declared their availability for future collaborations.
The event organized at the JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel ended with an award, when all the members of the team who had more than 5 years of experience within the company were awarded for their loyalty. Through this, their efforts made throughout the time and their decisive contribution to the development of TeamNet and to keeping the company among the top Romanian software system integrators was appreciated.
In the evening, the entire TeamNet team was invited to continue the part in a private club. In a casual atmosphere the best amateur sportsmen who participated to the football and basketball matches organized by the company were awarded with the already traditional MVP diplomas and T-shirts.
